Hydro Solutions Consulting, LLC (HSC) is an employee oriented firm that provides specialized civil and environmental engineering consulting services to both the private and public sector and has successfully completed many diverse projects. We focus on achieving our clients' goals by providing technical expertise and value-added solutions.
We offer a broad range of services including water supply planning, water and wastewater facility studies and design, environmental consulting services, solid waste management facility design and permitting, FDOT utility relocation coordination services and local government support services. Our particular expertise is in water supply planning, water and wastewater facility design, permitting and construction management. We take pride that our project management experience allows us to be a cost effective resource for many of our clients.
The principal of the firm, Robert R Beltran, P.E., has a history
of working with firms that pride themselves on the service and value
they provide to their clients. This unique experience and our firm
structure allows HSC to adjust quickly to the needs of the client in
a value added direction and enables us to deliver products and
services on time, technically competent and within budget.
HSC is a certified MBE/DBE firm. We are certified by the State of
Florida as an Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) firm, and the
Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as a Certified
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firm.
HSC places strong emphasis on service and focuses on the specific needs of our clients. HSC's staff is large enough to meet project goals yet small enough to maintain personal and professional service. One of our strengths is the experience our key staff has gained while previously employed in both the public and private sectors. This has given us practical, hands on experience and the ability to balance design and regulatory considerations with economic and liability factors.
